Riverview is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Riverview follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. This is a wonderful small family-based business, and is run by someone who truly cares. I feel my precious items are safe and sound. I have full access to my storage space behind well secure gates. I am blessed to find this safe and affordable space for my things. The bonus is the owner is very kind and and down to earth.

HORRIBLE service. I called to ask a simple question as a storage company in Riverview called my business to ask for a basket for a customer appreciation day. I didn't get his number, but we were supposed to meet today to pick up the basket. He didn't show up, so I called this business to inquire if they were possibly the same business. The kid that answered the phone, said, "Customer appreciation day??" then proceeded to laugh and then hung up on me. So I called back asking if I could speak to the manager or owner. He then told me to "Check myself, who are you talking to?" etc, then hung up on me again. Good Lord, I was just calling to see if they were the same place that called me last week. Regardless, what a horrible way to treat ANYONE. All I wanted to do was donate a basket to a nice event.

Had a little issue with the coin machine working due to the extreme cold but the attendant was there and came out to fix it immediately. Extra large bays and sweet 2.00 price for the time....I will definitely be returning with the work van. It's set back from Fort Street so it's a bit tough to see.

We've been storing our boat here for years and before that, our fifth wheel camper. I found the pricing to be better than anywhere else and I've always had good interactions with the staff when I'm there paying my bill or picking up the boat. They recently made some updates to the carwash that's in front of the storage area (new roof, lights and equipment updates). This place has guard dogs that roam the storage area at night and we have never had an issue with the boat or the camper. I never see dog poop either! LOL. We like it here. Even though I have a storage place right around the corner from me, I enjoy this place. The only downside is that the gate is not automated and you can't let yourself in when nobody is there after hours. I guess that's a good thing too? Maybe that's why we've never had any problems! (Knock on wood). :-)
